iRez Solutions provides technology integration services, including smart home integration, access control and video intercom, networking and office IT, EV charging, community-wide connectivity, and managed services and support, for multifamily, commercial, and residential properties.

2. Information you give us
When you submit the assessment request form on our website, we collect the information you enter, which includes:
- Name and email address, which are required so we can identify and reply to you.
- Phone number, if you choose to provide it.
- Company or property name, if you choose to provide it.
- Service of interest, if you select one.
- Project details, meaning whatever you write in the message field.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, account credentials, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information in the message field. We do not need that information to respond to an inquiry, and the form is not an appropriate channel for it.

3. Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically records technical information when a page is requested, which typically includes your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the page you requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use this information to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and understand general traffic patterns.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, it connects to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address and information about your browser as part of that request. This happens directly between your browser and Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising tags. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to deliver the site securely.

7. Systems we install and manage
This section is important, because our work is different from that of a typical website operator.
In the course of providing services, we install, configure, and sometimes manage systems that process personal information belonging to other people, including access control records, video from cameras and intercoms, network activity, and device and account configurations.
When we handle that information on behalf of a client, the client controls it and we act on their instructions. Our handling of it is governed by the services agreement with that client, not by this website policy.
If you are a resident, tenant, employee, or visitor at a property where we have installed a system and you have questions about footage, entry records, or your personal information, please contact the property owner or manager. They determine what is collected, who may access it, and how long it is kept. We will support their response as their service provider.
8. How long we keep information
We keep website inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, then delete it or retain it in a de-identified form. Where an inquiry becomes a project, related records are retained under our normal business record practices and any applicable contract or legal requirement.
Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's standard retention schedule.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including encrypted transmission of form submissions and access controls on the accounts that receive them.
No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. That is a genuine limitation, not a formality, and it is the reason for the request above not to send sensitive information through the contact form.
